    "I just live down the road and I love the area. I have never felt unsafe in my home. However this is a floodplain and when they put in that boardwalk along ellendale, the way I'm seeing is that it's only going to get worse with flooding. I would have really liked to buy my sister a house here. I haven't marked it off my list but, I have very serious reservations."

It has historical and vintage properties similar to Webster, and just a wee bit cheaper. A little more tucked away, yet easy access to Manchester Road, Big Bend, Arsenel, 40/44."
