"The park events with music. But it’s not necessarily events that make it special, it’s the neighbors. "

"They’d like the shear fact that they’re surrounded by other dog people. And neighbors look out for each other and each other’s pets. But with so many dog people it can get a little barky when the trash truck drives by. "

"We lived across the street for 14yrs and saw how hard the neighbors worked at making this house a Beautiful Home and the envy of the neighborhood. Whtoever buys this home will be Blessed by a Botanical Garden and great entertainment space but also wonderful neighbors and great location, it is close to everything. "

"Unlike the burbs where you hide behind your 6' hurricane fences, here you know all your neighbors. We watch each others homes and call the cops as soon as we see someone who does not belong. We do question anyone in your yard to make sure they should be there. We walk to church, the park, and to many restaurant in our neighborhood."

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy grandson had a wonderful experience in the Robotics Program / Robotics Club. GSA excels in this are primarily due to the teachers / coaches that teach the students. Royal Gasimov was especially helpful and always went the extra mile to support the students. The overall facilities and property is in mediocre condition and there are no fields, tracks, etc. for extracurricular activities. In my opinion...it seemed that especially after the covid era...there was little to no homework. and the workload was lightened to possibly help the overall student grade point average appear higher. Teachers seemed to be very caring and helpful in getting students caught up when they fall behind. I was also disappointed to learn that one semester, my grandson didn't get to go outside for any kind of lunch break, PE, or otherwise. Apparently, the following semester he would, when his schedule changed. However, every student needs to take breaks, and if the weather is decent, why not let them take a break and get some fresh air, and then the students would be more alert for their next class. There is a diverse music program and my grandson always enjoyed learning different instruments. The concerts were impressive and the teacher very supportive to their students.Parent Review2y ago30 Reviews
