    "I just live down the road and I love the area. I have never felt unsafe in my home. However this is a floodplain and when they put in that boardwalk along ellendale, the way I'm seeing is that it's only going to get worse with flooding. I would have really liked to buy my sister a house here. I haven't marked it off my list but, I have very serious reservations."

    "Close to Webster, Kirkwood, Maplewood, Richmond Heights, Lindenwood Heights, St. Louis Hills, Shrewsbury...This area is right LIPSTICK Smack dab in the middle of all kinds of nice communities. It has historical and vintage properties similar to Webster, and just a wee bit cheaper. A little more tucked away, yet easy access to Manchester Road, Big Bend, Arsenel, 40/44."
