"Old Irish section of St Louis, full of charming houses & good neighbors. Dogtown is aptly named because SO many people walk their dogs all day & evening. Many restaurants, bars, coffee shops a bakery and even a fresh hot cookie store and a Viet Nam veteran’s gazebo with plaques commemorating local heroes. WHAT more could you want?"

"St Patrick’s day parade in Dogtown every year on March 17. Lots of restaurants / bars to walk to. Love being close to forest park too "

"Easy...you can see highway 40 from the front window and 44 is only about a minute or two away..traffic can be a pain in the evening to get onto Clayton Ave..it’s very busy after 3 or 4."
