Old Seward-Oceanview, Anchorage: serene, kid-friendly blocks, big yards, errands and midtown made easy. People love the quiet safety, parks and trails, good schools, walkable errands, quick commutes. They gripe about car break-ins, roaming wildlife, speeding, sparse sidewalks, and few events.
