    "That we do have a few speeders on this road and that their kids need to be careful playing or riding their bikes. Lots of family walkers also which is good as they are all friendly. "

    "I’ve lived here for almost 12 years. I really like most of my neighbors. We sometimes have bbqs on weekends with several of our neighbors, and others stop by to say hi and talk while we are cooking on our grill in our driveway. "

    "Many other dog owners walking every day. Parks close by, and areas to let dogs run off leash. Dogs of every size and breed. If they do get away, we help each other out by catching them and bringing home. "

    "Sand Lake is probably the premier area to raise a family if you can’t afford South Side. DeArmoun and south is primarily where the least amount of crimes are reported because they don’t typically happen, but Sand Lake is second best where the crime rate is relatively low and the traffic is minimum."

    "Car is necessary or a long bike ride. It takes about 14 minutes to get downtown with now traffic. Coastal trail is 45 minute bike ride to downtown."
