Northwood is a truly wonderful school. My son is in their special education Pre-K program, and they’re so supportive. When looking for a school, I didn’t want him to be expected to change to fit the environment. I wanted the environment to support his growth. I’ve found that here. They spend time figuring out what works best for each kiddo to help them meet their full potential. They even have a sensory room that was put together with the help of an occupational therapist for kids that need a break. My son’s teachers have always been nothing short of amazing. They communicate with me about his progress and if he needs help with something in particular, and while of course teaching is their priority they never put that over the well-being of their students. I wish I went here when I was a child, instead of being bullied by my 1st grade teacher lol. Northwood has a community and environment unlike anything I’ve ever seen at a school and it makes me so happy that my son goes here.

Am in the adoption process of a youngster who has suffered some neglect and required an individual education plan - but has come around with the patient support and great expectation of the teachers and staff at Willow Crest School! To go from behaving like a misfit to proud to be a first grader and looking forward to second grade has been an outstanding accomplishment on behalf of the child and all of the supportive staff!

Both of my girls attend school at AMS and we couldn’t be happier with the social emotional opportunities, academics, and high quality compassionate, good natured and hard working teachers.
