"On my street neighbors look out for each other, and are friendly. We are close to main intersections and airport. There are not a lot of young families. "

"It’s a good place, no homeless people wandering around or crack heads. I also been living here for a year, so I can’t really say much."

"It’s nice. No side walks, but there is a trail right down the street that takes you to a creek. This neighborhood is filled with businesses, but thats better than a lot of neighbors. It’s nice and quiet at night. "

"I live at 76th and Old Seward and am buying a house on 79th. This area is great because of it's fast access to major shopping and eating establishments. It's got fast access to the trail system within a couple blocks and Taku lake is beautiful. My favorite part is that even though this neighborhood is in the center of everything with great access to Seward Highway, it's also very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. "

"Good place to raise children. Subdivision is separated from C street by a nice landscape wall. No through traffic on side streets."

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can't say enough about this school. They are truly like a family and have a great reputation on our community! I sent my daughter to Their summer program 18 years ago And have my Lil guy enrolled full Time! He is In 2nd grade and has dyslexia . I have a tutor come In 2x a week and everyone is very supportive of the extra assistance. They go above and Beyond and are very deserving of recognition!! Anchor Lutheran is a fabulous school that I recommend without a doubt!Parent Review10y ago
