I have never had the least concern regarding safety, know my neighbors and socialize with them. People watch out for each other, visit. Focus on gardens and taking care of yards, homes. Great place to live!"

    "I live here. This is a great neighborhood. I live on a cul-de-sac, so traffic is limited (which is great), but in general traffic if fairly slow. It is a short drive to nearly everything in town. There is a big park across the street, great for walking dogs and seeing the occasional moose. It has a big field for frisbee playing or picnics. The neighborhood is a short 5 minutes to the Far North Bicentennial Park with its miles of trails. It a quiet, mellow, established neighborhood. "
