"Neighborhood is nice, quiet, clean. Nice place to live if you can manage NOT to be part of an HOA. There made up rules can become ridiculous. "

"Most people keep their dogs safe in yards. Most who walk their dogs carry bags and clean up. Few people let them run free to do their business in your yard. Unfortunately cats are not kept inside and run free and they are all over your yard."
