"Nice small park located near many apartment buildings that many people take their dog to play and go to the bathroom. "

"This neighborhood usually is quite and people look nice. There are lot's of stores, but it's lacking restaurants. "
  • Anh N.
"There aren’t any sidewalks through the residential roads but I haven’t found that to be too big of an issue. There’s a dog park near by—it’s not the grandest thing to look at but it gets the job done."
  • Stacey D.
"Even though we don’t have side walks we are a dog friendly neighborhood. Most dogs are social. I pick up my dogs poop. "

"Great access to I-5, 99, Bothell way. I work on 55th N.E. & it takes no time to get to work but 20 minutes home in traffic but still several alternate routes if needed. "
  • Stacey D’A
"I drive. I’m lucky & work on 50th & Latona - can zip in at 5:30am but going home is slow on I-5 but there’s lots of alternate routes. "
  • Turrean H.
"Overall I think it’s a neighbor where I see tons of Dogs. I personally have a fear of them. It’s quiet, Safe for the most part"
  • John H.
"I have loved in this neighborhood for over 20 years. Nothing beats it for convenience and access to downtown, eastside and soho mosh county for work, school, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It is quiet, safe and diverse. Great parks, schools and amenities abound."
