    "There aren’t any sidewalks through the residential roads but I haven’t found that to be too big of an issue. There’s a dog park near by—it’s not the grandest thing to look at but it gets the job done."

    "Great access to I-5, 99, Bothell way. I work on 55th N.E. & it takes no time to get to work but 20 minutes home in traffic but still several alternate routes if needed. "

    "I have loved in this neighborhood for over 20 years. Nothing beats it for convenience and access to downtown, eastside and soho mosh county for work, school, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It is quiet, safe and diverse. Great parks, schools and amenities abound."
