"They like everything, side walks, parks, playgrounds, they spend a lot of time walking around here, everything is clean "
  • Locarroll634
"Lots of trees to climb, yards to play in, and space to grow. Convenient to the city, and to wine country. "

"I have lived here in the area for about 9 years now and the area is nice but looks scatchy at night. I'd love here but it hard to find a place to settle around in this area and it kinda close to the road but not too much Soo. "

"There is a new skate park with a kids playground within walking distance, as well as some good restaurants including Thai and a brewery. "

"There are nice parks around here, but at the night there are many homeless people sleeping at them, "

"I have great neighbors who are helpful and friendly. Many have been here for years. One time in a really heavy rain our next door neighbor rescued us with the lady subpump at Home Depot and we were able to keep from flooding. "

"Love Maple Leaf, they are so community minded and watch out for each other. Plenty of activities with a natural hiking area along Thornton Creek. Kids will love it! "
  • Vicki
"Live in the area. Active block watch and sense of neighborhood. Neighhbors help each other. Mixed ages and ethnicities. Well kept properties, beautiful gardens, quiet, but close to hospitals, shopping, restaurants, movies, outdoor activities, very pet friendly. Low traffic in residential areas. Easy freeway access."
