Express Lane entrance and exit to/from Downtown. 99 is just down the hill. 1 exit from 520. Local streets to UW, U Village, Ballard, Fremont, Northgate, Lakecity. Bike lanes, Parks, and family friendly restaurants all around."

    "I lived here for two years and loved it! Great location, I can always find street parking and never had an issue with the two years I parked my car on the street. You can easily walk to the lake and also to Northgate mall and Thornton Place Regal cinema."

    "I've lived in this area for 12 years, and now it's the "in spot" of North Seattle. It's less expensive and less crowded than Wallingford or Fremont or Ballard, so buy a house soon, before N. Maple Leaf is really discovered !"
