What Locals Say about Suquamish

  • Zarin B.
"Well kept secret of an awesome place to live! Tranquil and safe. Minutes to two ferries: Bainbridge or Kitsap fast ferry makes it super convenient. All in the town are friendly and the tribe adds a ton of value. The new health center is an example and it's open to everyone. "
  • Beau B.
"The neighborhood I live in is good. However, it is a small community so people are very much in each other’s business. Our dogs were under a large abundance of scrutiny while we lived here. Beside that, we love the house we lived in and wish we didn’t have to leave "

"Dog owners tend to be friendly and so are their dogs. Dogs welcome in public areas as long as you pick up after them."
  • Trent
"Small community that is tucked in the woods. Down town, if you can call it that, has a post office, grocery store, and a couple of restaurants. The real beauty is looking across te Puget Sound at the view of Seattle and Mt. Rainier on a clear day. Traffic is light through the neighborhood, and people are always walking or jogging in the streets. It is quiet, secluded, but just a short drive to town or a ferry. "

"Great neighbors and a nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views with easy access to Seattle and the nearby National park. Quaint towns with good restaurants are near by. Easy access to the ferries and freeway. "
  • Ida B.
"More home for your money with easy commute to both Seattle and Edmonds Ferries"
