"Artistic community. Outside of the universities, the markets really belong to the people. Lots of cool people putting on events/markets for the community. More trees and more parking than downtown, but still so close to downtown. U city is great! "

"My neighborhood (Cedar Park) has a great community feel. One has only to walk out of their door to find pottery classes, yoga classes, farmer’s markets, sidewalk book sales, community gardens, and more! We also have some of the best restaurants!"

"It is a good place to raise kids. Lots of places to play and other kids to play with. They can’t run around the sidewalks by themselves but I would t let a 8 yr old do that anywhere in the city."

"Quick and easy to get to the navy yard I take greys ferry bridge to 76 East and get off at the rear entrance of the navy yard. It’s about 15- 18min door to door. "
