    "I’ve been living here for almost 10 years. The streets and sidewalks are well maintained for the most part. Although the public transportation is not the greatest, it is easily accessed to all major roadways and surrounded by many iconic neighborhoods. "

Most front yards are well kept, and relatively quiet.while bus is needed to get to trains, it is relatively a short ride and to the end stop of the 7 train. There are to a of bused in flushing. Relatively high and stable home ownership means you are likely to know your neighbors. "

It’s a very safe neighborhood and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice safe and secure place to live whether your looking to start a family or even if your a single person looking for a nice place to call home."
