8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur daughter attended the G&T program at PS209 since kindergarten (shout out to our beloved Mrs. Pfeiffer!) and she is currently in 5th grade. PS209 is like family and she (we) always felt welcomed. She will be sad to leave when she graduates this coming June. It's bittersweet, because we are fully prepared to take on what middle school brings but we will also miss our friends at PS209. I have only one child but if she had siblings, they would definitely be enrolled here as I am completely satisfied with my daughter's education and life experiences learned at PS209. After reading reviews, I was surprised to read some negative opinions in regards to the staff or the school in general. I guess you can't please everyone. It's my experience that people who are happy rarely leave reviews, but people who are unhappy will always shout it from the roof tops.
