"It a real family neighbor but close to downtown and many other Lexington must go to places! The trees are beautiful and old. "

"This area has the best schools and best convenience to all points of interest within the Lexington area - close to shopping, downtown, universities, schools, hospitals, airport, Keenland, scenic drives and horse farms, man-o-war, airport, new circle etc. etc. Some average affordable and well-built homes mixed in with very nice well maintained and well built homes. Homes within a tenth of a mile of each other can range from the low 120K to 1.5M. Houses on the same street can be wide range in price - all depends on how well they are maintained. Most homes were built in the late 50's and early 60's and are great values for the money. This is an under rated area that is likely to appreciate much more than surrounding areas. Now is the absolute best time to invest here. I regret moving out of the Cross Keys and Traveller Rd area. I'm visiting and staying with an old friend down the street and I don't mind telling you I appreciate the area more since coming back to my old digs. These homes were built to last and the construction is superior to the newer homes being built. "
