"Close to everything I need and not far from anywhere I want to go. It’s in between two major highways and is a nice neighborhood in front of farmland. It’s the best."

"Commute is traffic friendly. Even during rush hour the commute is tolerable. There are multiple routes to the major roads which make this possible. Detours are common during any construction and are well thought out. "

"I am not sure for most part Frnkfort is a good area to raise kids. other than that schools are good too"

"While Frankfort has beautiful scenery you won’t find anywhere else, that and lower cost of living are the only positives I’ve found since living here. I’m originally from Versailles (which doesn’t have a Walmart), and I feel like that says a lot. My area constantly smells like sewage due to the little creek nearby. It’s very noisy almost all day between sirens every hour, people setting off their own car alarms every time they go to their car, fireworks and gunshots (yep, uh huh), and college students. "

"I do enjoy my neighborhood for the most part. My neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly when we do have conversations. Neighbors from the apartment complex do get a little nosey at times."

"It’s fine for dogs I guess but not all that walkable one general. The sidewalks are often jacked up and there are trashy people sitting outside on their porches that will catcall and cause a scene. "

"there are a lot of open spaces for dogs to run. and play in the city and country. but not many renters will allow pets. "

"Easy, not much traffic, and easy to navigate. I can come home for lunch because I know I won’t get stuck in traffic. The commute is also quiet with lovely scenery to look at. I enjoy my peaceful commute. "

"There is constantly theft from people who don’t live in our neighborhood, but walk through from the neighborhood behind mine. They break in to cars and have also tried breaking in to my home in the night when my husband was working out of town. My dog barking deterred them luckily. I would not recommend this neighborhood. Everyone has had a vehicle broken in to at least once. "

"These places look great now!!! I have spoken to the owner of the building several times, personally. He is a family man and takes pride in in properties. Looks 100 percent better. "

"the rent is going up while the value and cleanliness goes down.. drugs have hit this area hard over the passed 10 years.. kids csnt even play outside, anything left out is gone forever.. "

"The subsidized housing is behind this neighborhood. Therefore, they jump the fence and walk through Crestwood. This has led to multiple thefts/break-ins/stolen property. Luckily we’re just renting. The neighbors are wonderful people. It’s the foot traffic that’s the issue. "

"well it's in the country but has Capitol type things that you would expect. there are very nice people who always say hello and how you're doing. everyone doesn't just stare at their phone. "
