"There are a lot of kids that live here on my little street. Everyone seems cautious when driving and the kids are very much aware of the dangers of playing in the road. I haven’t seen or heard of any crimes taking place in the area either so I think it’s a relatively safe community. Anyone that’s interested in this place can feel safe. Plus there’s plenty of family friendly events that happen here too. "
