"Edgewater Glen is a quiet community where people say hello when you pass them taking a walk. I lived here over 15 years and wouldn’t live anywhere else. There is every amenity possible and just steps to Andersonville. "

"Just a quiet little pocket of the city near the lake and walkable to coffee, groceries, CTA and more!"

"The Thorndale and Granville CTA stations are easily accessible and maintained well for the most part. Because Senn High School is near by the Thorndale station at times can be crowded with high schools walking to school. "

"Lots of families with small children and some teenagers here, a popular parochial school in the neighborhood, safe streets with speed bumps, left belt neighborhood feel. "

"Friendly north lake front neighborhood with all the amenities- beaches, parks, restaurants, major grocery stores, the public library, and more, all within an easy walk to the Red Line el. The area is reasonably safe, even at night, and there are a number of excellent private schools in the area. It also has many trees and abundant charm. "
