This school and it's leaders believe in quality education, family involvement and best practices for the children. The learn in a very beautiful and natural environment and children are thriving. There is grace and courtesy being taught every day and the children are very kind, respectful and friendly with one another which is the culture of the school.The teachers are caring, nurturing, and very knowledgeable in Montessori principles and methods and the children and the share great information with families.

The only true Montessori school in Miami, all others are in in for the money and do not follow all the teachings of Maria Montessori. Children actually learn here without homework or tests. Yes, it can be done and this school has proved it to me.

Excellent curriculum. Spanish classes starting in prek3. Spanish 4 days a week by Kindergarten. Excellent reading and writing program prek3-1st. My child in 1st and is thriving academically. She is extremely happy. Beautiful place for a child to learn and grow. Amazing campus full of nature.

As a parent, I came into this school community with the hope that my child’s unique needs would be met with understanding, creativity, and care. Unfortunately, we were asked to provide our own assistant for him — a request that made it clear the school does not have the necessary systems in place to support children who fall outside a narrow definition of “typical.” This expectation placed an unfair burden on our family and revealed a deeper issue in the school’s approach to diversity and inclusion.It is disappointing to see that the school is not equipped to support a full range of students, especially in a time when inclusive education should be the standard, not the exception. Diversity in learning styles, behaviors, and needs is a fact of every classroom, and it is the responsibility of educational institutions to rise to the challenge, not place that responsibility on families.

I just started in January and I am so impressed with how caring and nurturing the environment is for the children. I am so glad I chose to enroll my baby at Smart Starts. The infant and toddler teachers are great!I can not even explain how much better my day goes knowing that my baby is in good hands. I would recommend you visit and tour the school so that you can see it for yourself.
