"i love my neighborhood. it is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. although there are some here and there with a couple of rowdy, and rude kids there isn’t much wrong with it."

"The neighborhood is quite and safe. The people around here very kind, friendly and everybody helps each other. The only thing that I don’t agree is with the high rental prices. It is something abusive"

"SCHOOLS ARE GREAT, RIGHT NEXT TO SHOPPING."
  • Jorge J.
"It's true that there is some public housing and smaller houses in a predominantly black neighborhood south and east of here but this is a lovely, family cul-de-sac and there are similar nice residential streets tucked north and west. Miami isn't known for being very integrated, but this is kind of a cool area in that there is a lot of middle-class and even luxury housing around here interspersed with working-class neighborhoods. Better to look at it than dismiss it as "hood.""
