"It’s in a nice part of town that every one wants to come and live because of the awesome weather that’s year around "

"huge backyards, neighbors dont talk much however they look out for one another. neighborhood parj is in walking distance and used a lot by the community. A lot of upgrades going on right now. "

"It’s okay a bit of traffic but not too bad. It’s not too safe so lock doors. Busses come on time "
  • Amenraus
"Southern California has the worst public transportation in the country. It is super expensive for government to make changes because homeowners either what a big pay out or don't want property values to decrease whenever there are attempts to improve public transportation."
  • Deborah H.
"I drive back and forth to work and home and I walk my dog around the neighborhood and to the park as well."
  • Deborah H.
"my neighbor hood has great public transportation and there's plenty of parking space available on the streets and there's a police station and also fire department close by.."
  • Fpitt
"Very quiet, well-tended, friendly neighborhood in cul-de-sac. All family inhabited. No loiterers or unknown people. Nice mix of ethnic backgrounds. No knowledge of any crimes happening. Beautiful scenery from all angles. There is much space in between neighbors. Everyone looks out for one another. Walking distance to schools and parks, libraries, and grocery stores. Buses just up the street. Able to walk alone at dark without fear of crime. Nice area!"

"Lots of taco shops and liquor stores in the area to chose from. Although there are a lot of undone city projects (overgrown bamboo, unsafe walk ways/missing sidewalks, etc) the neighbors are all friendly and look out for each other. One huge family. "

"For the most part, the cul de sac I live in is fairly quiet. I haven’t had a problem living here for almost 2 years. But definitely not a place I want to stay in forever."

"Born and raised in Southeast San Diego and the vibe is comfortable! Some hidden restaurant gems where the food is amazing!!"
