"I have lived with my husband and raised our daughter in Bayview Heights Mobile Home Park for almost 14 years. It is quiet and gated with many lots,including our home have Ocean/Bay views. It is close to downtown,Coronado,Balboa Park and many other popular areas. Many homes in here have VERY LONG term residents which speaks to the happy community."

"Its difficult to get on the freeway and head north to Sorrento Valley. traffic is 50 min in the morning 1hr plus in the evening after 4;30."

"The 94 West is gridlocked in the mornings, and it can take you a ridiculous amount of time to get downtown. Up to an hour at times."
