"Don’t move here. Not good entertaining or energy. The schools suck and bums everywhere. Not very maintained at all. "

"Parents bought here in 1974 when it was at its finest. Used to be a golf course, and was called the La Jolla of Southeastern San Diego in the 70s and 80s. The neighborhood has changed and gone through a whole lot but it's coming back to life nicely and has gotten really diverse in a good way. "

"I wouldn't say unique. Changing rapidly. Was a good neighborhood but now it is just slowly fading to bad. Neighbors are not to speak of in a good way. Too bad times have changed"

"Would not recommend living here but rent is cheap. Some neighbors are friendly! Homeless people roam close to my home."

"Pleasant, quiet suburban neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly without being too nosy. Yards are clean and well-kept. Homes are from the 1950s with charming details."
