"Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Close to freeways, lots of restaurants, close to Naval Base, hospital, grocery stores. It’s a quaint neighborhood."

"Hospital, schools, food & churches all within walking distance. Great community, friendly neighbors. Military housing and base 10 minute drive without freeway. Within 6 blocks of most major freeways. No traffic, pet-friendly & best garage sales in San Diego area!!"
