What Locals Say about Chollas View

  • Trulia User
"This neighborhood is not well maintained. The neighborhood is actually quite alarming with rampant homelessness, so it’s scary to go for a walk. Not only that but there are PLENTY of stray dogs so I fear walking my pets as I have had bad experiences with stray dogs following my dogs and I as we walk. Most of them appear to be unfriendly. The neighborhood is dirty as well. There are good people that live in this neighborhood, but it takes team effort to maintain it."
  • Aliya L.
"Dog owners would like that there are side walks to walk their dogs. They would not like the fact that there is trash and broken glass all over the sidewalks though :) and the fact that they wouldn’t enjoy the best scenery considering all of the graffiti and homeless people around. Very lack luster neighborhood."
  • Karen G.
"Cultural at the stage and library as well as the arts park which used to have a farmers market. There is a community center as well."
  • Aliya L.
"This neighborhood has pros and cons. Unfortunately the neighborhood is not maintained. There is plenty of graffiti and trash all over the streets."
  • Al Do
"The ground is dusty and has broken glass. And there are some wild huskies that run the neighborhood."
  • Aliyalathan
"American Legion parties almost every Friday or Saturday or Sunday (sometimes all three). They love to wake the whole neighborhood with their 2007 songs and old school jams. They constantly j walk across the street with their feathers and six inch heels and don’t know how to be quiet."
  • Aliyalathan
"Really great accessibility to public transportation. Many bus stops are close and the Euclid Transit center is very close!"
