"There are several annual events at the Princess Del Cerro park. The best neighborhood activity is definitely trick or treating at Halloween. Many houses go over-the-top in decorating and our local part of the neighborhood (Princess Del Cerro) has a large group of neighborhood kids that go out together as a group. "

"Princess Del Cerro is a great community period. everyone does their part to keep the community great whether it be keeping their front yard tidy or picking up after their dogs. Everyone seems to have a sence of self responsibility to some degree."

"I know the neighborhood and Jane remodeled some homes here over the years. There is pride of ownership evident with the gorgeous landscaping of many homes. Some have the most beautiful evening landscape lighting. "
