The best school my son has attended! Wished he started since kindergarten!

Language Academy is a unique gem. My daughter is in middle school and I love that it is more sheltered than a regular middle school-less behavioral issues and no drama, cliques. The kids have been together since Kindergarten and are pretty much fluent in their language at this point. My son is still in elementary and I love that he gets to rotate between teachers starting in 3rd grade. Another beneficial aspect of LA is the strong parent orgs which help fund more library support as well as garden, art, dance, world music, etc. I love the diversity that is celebrated here! Lunar New Year, Dia de Los Muertos, and the Multicultural fair. It really is a special school and the new principal is amazing! She brings a positive energy to campus.

My daughter spent 7 years at Dailard from TK to 5th grade. We absolutely LOVED everything about the school! Wonderful teachers, extra classes that not all elementary schools have (art, music). Yes they push fundraising HARD and it gets annoying but that's what allows the school to have all these extra programs for children. Lots and lots of fun events and parent involvement. My daughter had a great experience at Dailard and loved going to school every day.

Amazing school with so many great things and activities like glow parties and movie nights for the kids to enjoy outside of class. It’s wonderful to see a school that makes sure students have fun while still staying safe.Our daughter had Ms. Tomik, who is an excellent teacher, and now she has Mrs. Rutten. Year after year, the teachers keep getting better and better. They care so much about the kids, their progress, and their success.Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. And thank you to the reception staff as well. We appreciate you all so much.

Sense of community is amazing at this school. Parent involvement is better than I’ve ever experienced at any other school and it makes it so there are awesome experiences for kids to enjoy. PTO raises money for art program, music, field trips and extra money for classrooms. Teachers are hands on and engage their students and make learning exciting. Love this school!

I have one student in 2nd grade and one will be in Kindergarten next year. We just attended the TK/K info night and I am continuously amazed by Hardy. Every experience I have had since transferring there this year, from a school down the street, has been positive. Completely different than a previous experience. You can feel the culture, everything is warm, organized, and student centered. Principal Aragon is one of the highlights for us. She is visible, clear, and deeply committed to kids. She spoke with both heart and strategy, and it was obvious she knows her students, supports her staff, and leads with high expectations and compassion. It is rare to see leadership that feels both strong and human, and it was the cherry on top of a wonderful year so far with our older student. We are so excited that we now get to call Hardy our home for both children.
