There's plenty of room for appliances and the suite has its own laundry facilities. Garage parking could be available with an added fee. It also has a very serene, private back patio. Please note, this is not a shared living situation. The tenant will have essentially their own private unit. If you are looking for something nice, in a safe neighborhood, then you will likely love this property. The community also has a private park, bocci ball, horse shoe pit, & a basketball court. Also, the community is adjacent to a beautiful 40 acre nature preserve (Los Jilgueros Preserve) that is great for walking. In the photos, this unit is obviously furnished but can be rented either furnished or unfurnished (extra fee to apply.) Utilities (water, electric, wifi, gas & trash) are included in the rental price. The owner is looking for a long term tenant. No drama.
