Lovely, quiet, detached 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Guest House, with attached 1 car garage and private entrance on South Ridge Drive in Fallbrook.

The Guest House living quarters are upstairs above the guest house garage and laundry room, which provide views of the Fallbrook countryside. It is detached and separate from the main house.

The living room has built in bookcases, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and views of the rolling hills to the north.

Kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of storage, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, double stainless sink with filtered water and a separate pantry.

The north facing bedroom is quiet, with mirrored closet doors, and the attached bathroom has ample storage, granite countertop and a beautiful tiled shower.

Every window in the Guest House looks out at the quiet beautiful Fallbrook hills and mature trees.

The private east facing patio has beautiful lighted palm trees, and a concrete patio table with benches. The south and east facing yards are complely fenced with privacy fencing and have beautiful pots with succulents and landscape lighting.

The well lit garage has a separate storage room, as well as the separate laundry room with hook-ups (washer and propane dryer not included), clothes folding table and a door to the fenced backyard.

Parking includes - 1 garage space and 2 spaces in front of the guest house garage.

Electricity, water, trash, alarm, and gardener included in rent. Tenant pays for propane. Internet available in the area, but is NOT provided by the landlord.

This Guest House is well maintained, quiet and private. We are at the very end of a mile long private road.

This rental is suitable for 1-2 adults and as we live in the main house, we prefer Tenant that works away from home - for insurance, noise and privacy reasons.

No pets

Owner pays for electricity, water, trash, alarm. Tenant pays for propane. Internet available in the area, but NOT provided by landlord. Owner will maintain yard with gardener per arranged schedule.
