Large 2 acre property in the Oak forest of Fallbrook 3 miles from town and 2.6 from the 15. 1940's home remodeled in the 70's and early 80's with plenty of wood and easy care laminate floors and tile . Nice new bathroom and fresh paint in and out. Rear porch perfect for morning coffee. Rear deck to enjoy the sun and bbq. Laundry area with area to line dry if you are seeking a greener lifestyle. Additional parking for RV is available. Gardening and space also available as well as other creatures , No roosters.

Dogs subject to pet agreement and additional deposit. There's room available for a horse as well please ask .

PLEASE NOTE I ONLY HAVE OLD PICTURES the home is repainted a light tan with darker trim. I will be working at the property during the week . The Craigslist ad will have updated pictures.

The main bathroom has a custom stall shower. There is a .5 bath off of the larger bedroom. The open beamed living area has a rear deck and a small covered patio and a large wood burning fireplace with fan boost. Stove included in kitchen, it BYO refrigerator or we can make arrangements.

Washer and dryer in detached adjacent room. If you have your own, we can adapt. The washer and dryer are older units and are provided at no additional charge. Some like propane powered and some don't have a preference.

Please do not send your applications without first viewing and checking out the home and area. I have had and prefer long term residents. There are 2 other homes on the 2 acres one in front I am actively remodeling after a relative's use.

The home is not able to obtain cable or fiber Internet .The home has had a Via Sat and a Starlink and I have one hooked up now. Internet access needs to be discussed but dish network as well as technology seems to be improving rapidly.

May negotiate slightly on the rental amount.

Owner pays for water. Propane tank is tenant responsibility as is it's fuel.
Trash rates are set by Fallbrook waste although it could be possible to use a shared receptacle. Electric is tenant paid . Home has a propane heater and a large fireplace.
