On Live Oak park road at Hobbit lane . There are 3 homes on the property but they have a nice private character to them. Home has a built in fire place with fan assist and propane wall furnace very cozy wooden features. The current Zillow listings show older pictures , working on new ones. Please drive by to get a feel for the area. 3 miles out of Fallbrook. Send a cell phone number.

The Home and yard has lots of space for gardening and there is a possibility of other uses. Grow your own vegetables etc. Grazing area also available and BYO corral.

Zillow seems to be doing their best in collecting application fees and applications. Having been dealing with rental properties for over 40 years I cannot assign my duties to an on line system. I would appreciate a quick call or a text rather than playing hit or miss thru the Zillow app. Not a lot of ISP connection at the property as the Starlink is very slow on stand by mode.
