With an average temp. at least 10 to 15 cooler than in the Temecula Valley. It is very forest like so if you hate hearing critters or are not up to them wandering, flying ,hooting and sometimes howling move closer to town. This 3 bedroom house has Pergo floors throughout, kitchen small dining room adjacent to living room Tile counter top, we have a fridge available. Stove will be provided or bring your own. Hook up for washer and dryer all appliances. Franklin style standing fireplace with brick hearth and fireplace also propane wall heater. Big covered porch in front. All new windows and the home will be completely repainted inside and out and is a work in progress and estimated ready for occupancy date of August 1st, earlier possibly.
The home is a 40's home that had several rooms added in the 70's. It is a ranch style conversion and most all rooms are drywalled fresh and others have wood paneling and faux beams.
Baths 1 with tub/shower stand up tub with shower screen. 1 is shower only freshly redone in a glass block wall shower lots of natural light bathroom easy entry floor pan shower. The home has one garage enclosed included one attached excluded that landlord will keep for personal storage of related gardening items. Pool, will be open to the use of the 2 other tenant occupied dwellings on the property. This pool is not ready to be used when it is brought back into service the additional rent due will be 75 dollars a month there will be BBQ area made available in the fenced off pool area. It will be a seasonal pool heated by solar but maintained year round Landlord pays Rainbow water bill. Should you decide to have a extensive garden as plenty of space available we should use well pumped water or additional charges will be prorated
Trash service is not included. Tenant pays for all related propane costs outside of the monthly tank rental which will be reimbursed by landlord. Dogs will be permitted but will be subject to pet rules and confinement to keep all safe and happy. The 3 homes while on same plot of land have good separation between them this on being closer to neighbors on Hobbit lane then anyone else approx 25yards across the lane to nearest dwelling others are 50 to 60 yards away. Tenant will be responsible for kennels and other means of pet confinement, but landlord is happy to facilitate any responsible improvements to the property.
