The space
Enjoy this private oasis in the heart of Fallbrook's historic village. The home offers a tranquil backyard where you can relax, read a book, or play cornhole while taking in the beautiful Fallbrook sunsets. This single-family residence is fully fenced and provides complete privacy no shared spaces with other homes. Each room features a brand-new mini-split A/C system to ensure a relaxing night's sleep, no matter the weather.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances and a large center island. Step through the French doors to the back patio, where you can enjoy meals under the twinkling market lights.

All bedrooms and the bathroom are outfitted with luxury linens + beds for your comfort. The spacious bathroom includes a separate water closet and a dedicated area for getting ready for makeup or hair.
