With an average temp. at least 10 to 15 cooler than in the Temecula Valley. It is very forest like so if you hate hearing critters or are not up to them wandering, flying ,hooting and sometimes howling move closer to town. This 3 bedroom house has Pergo floors throughout, kitchen small dining room adjacent to living room Tile counter top, we have a fridge available. Stove will be provided or bring your own. Landlord pays Rainbow water bill. Should you decide to have a extensive garden as plenty of space available we should use well pumped water or additional charges will be prorated
Trash service is not included. Tenant pays for all related propane costs .. Dogs will be permitted but will be subject to pet rules and confinement to keep all safe and happy. Tenant will be responsible for kennels and other means of pet confinement, but landlord is happy to facilitate any responsible improvements to the property. RV additional parking available
