Off street parking spot for one vehicle on driveway 70 feet from the guest house and a second parking spot 190 feet from the guest house. This is a fenced property with an electric entry gate. Great views through the trees from the windows and yard. Location has afternoon and evening breezes. Guest house has an option for Spectrum cable; renter pays for cable and/or internet. Garbage is included.
