We have a private guest ADU available on our half-acre property in a safe, quiet, secluded part of Fallbrook. You will be just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and all the shops on Main Street, while relaxing in a peaceful country setting on a quiet road. Our ADU has its own private entrance and designated parking space.
The ADU is clean and well-maintained, featuring a newly remodeled bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, a kitchenette with lots of cabinet storage, and a large built-in cabinet in the bedroom.
