You will be just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and all the shops on Main Street, while relaxing in a peaceful country setting on a quiet road. The ADU has its own private entrance and designated parking space but is attached to the main house.

-Washer and dryer available as-is / hookups available if you want to bring your own

-Gas, trash, water & sewer provided
-Electricity and Internet/Wifi to be paid by the tenant (electrical will be charged separately based off monthly usage at current SDGE rates)

We're looking for a single occupant tenant who is clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible. No smoking, drugs, or loud parties.

One-year lease.
One-month refundable security deposit
