The kitchen features new maple cabinets, granite counter tops, copper sink and new high end stainless steel GE Profile appliances including a 36 inch induction stove and a wine cooler.

There is a 70 inch TV in the family room with cable TV and Netflix as well as a Blueray player. The master bedroom has a 48 inch 3D TV with cable, Netflix and a Blueray player. The luxury master bathroom has a 40 inch smart TV with Netflix. The other two guest bedrooms have 50 inch and 40 inch TVs respectively with Netflix and a BlueRay player.

The house has an amazing view of the rolling mountains and hills of Fallbrook and its vicinity in the backyard. The covered patio in the back can be accessed through the living room, the family room and the kitchen. The covered patio has stylish wicker lounge chairs, a conversation set and a dining set. A propane grill is also available in the side yard.

The house is gated with plenty of parking in front of the house, which is situated securely behind the iron gate.

Weekly rental starting $2900/week with $2000 deposit.

Minimum one month stay. Owner pays for all utilities, including water, gas, electricity, cable/internet, trash, gardening /landscaping and pest service. Extra electric charges for any electric vehicles.

$50 formal background check is required for every occupant over 18-years old.
