A wonderful opportunity to live in the very peaceful Peppertree Park gated community. This beautiful master suite unit is literally on one side of this very nice 3,200 sq ft. single level home. The 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath master suite unit is over 800 sq ft in total space! We are looking for a quiet, professional or retired, single, non-smoking, respectful tenant. (please note, the owner lives on the other side of the home.) This master suite unit has it's own private entrance through the garage and/or backyard area. The bedroom alone is over 375 sq ft and is complimented with a nice master bath with 2 separate sinks, an oversized soaking tub, shower, along with a large walk in closet. There's plenty of room for appliances and the suite has its own laundry facilities. Garage parking could be available with an added fee. It also has a very serene, private back patio. Please note, this is not a shared living situation. The tenant will have essentially their own private unit. If you are looking for something nice, in a safe neighborhood, then you will likely love this property. The community also has a private park, bocci ball, horse shoe pit, & a basketball court. Also, the community is adjacent to a beautiful 40 acre nature preserve (Los Jilgueros Preserve) that is great for walking. In the photos, this unit is obviously furnished but can be rented either furnished or unfurnished (extra fee to apply.) Utilities (water, electric, wifi, gas & trash) are included in the rental price. The owner is looking for a long term tenant. No drama.

Owner to cover the utility costs (what would be considered normal usage) including the electricity, gas, water, landscape maintenance, and trash. Please note, the tenant will have their own privacy.
