Large new house in a gated communityCommunity clubhouse, pool and hot tubTwo story house, one room available in a three bedroom house. Downstairs: Beautiful kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 car garage, hardwood floors, backyard/patio, guest bathroomUpstairs: the bedrooms, you would share a bathroom with another girl, laundry room, and den.The bedroom available: nice size, double door closet, good sized window. We would prefer a girl to move in as girls live here now, and would love to keep our girls nights up, but not opposed to guys. We are looking for someone down to earth, fun and laid back, we are 420 friendly, but please no cigarettes. We have an awesome dog who is incredibly well behaved. Looking for someone who pays bills on time, cleans up after themselves, we get it if you're not perfect.. But at least be clean/ tidy. Someone who is a good soul, please no drama, no kids, no more pets, (unless its a fish haha) We can furnish the bedroom for a little more a month :)

I live by a mainstreet and can hear traffic from inside my home. my neighbors are loud and disrespectful. they play music very loudly until 2-3am and my windows rattle. we need to sleep with the TV on to drown out there music."

Security is good about walking the perimeters every so often and keeps parking rules in check for all residents and non-residents. Complex is very eye appealing with all the plants and trees that are well maintained by the maintenance crew."
