"Just at an air B and B. Really nice area. Close to everything. Schools, restaurants, nail salon, and near the rose bowl. Over all very good neighborhood. I’d come and stay again in the futures. I don’t have much more to say because I’m just visiting. "

"It’s diverse, eclectic and it feels rural, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Pasadena. We have stunning mountain and city views, wildlife and super friendly neighbors. Plus wild parrots and peacocks! "

"my commute to downtown Los Angeles is wonderful as long as I leave is my house by 6:30 in the morning I make it to work in downtown L.A. by 7 a.m. it is also a great commute to downtown Pasadena and really close to the mountains."

"Dog owners will be very pleased to live in this community. There are many pet lovers here. The only area of concern is there are wild animals living in the area; coyotes, bears, bobcats, skunk, opossum, rattlesnake and deer. Dogs and cats should never be left unmonitored in their yards, as they may be eaten or injured by coyotes at any time of the day."

"Not a good area to live. To much drugs. Homeless people everywhere police all over the place. Parking ticket officer give you tickets for no reason, etc...."

"I've lived here for a few months and I can't wait to be out of here. Full of drug spots, police chases all the time. Junkies all over, nasty neighbors don't pick up after their dogs, etc...."

"15 min drive to metro. Some busses around. Basically, you need a car, or like to walk or bike far to shop. The 134 is ever more congested because of big trucks, especially approaching 210 west from 134 westbound "

"Very diverse residents. Even the houses are quite different from one another. You do not feel like you are in Los Angeles. Much more like living in the country, yet only five minutes away from Pasadena. "

"We are a multi-ethnic community who live here out of the city chaos, but close enough to get into the city for work or cultural pursuits. We are supportive of each other. Kindred spirits on my block. Artists, professors, scientists, media people, animal lovers, gardeners, hikers who prefer maintaining a low profile and quiet simple and more authentic lifestyle raising children and enjoying grandchildren."

"Safe quiet neighborhood, good park nearby. We know most of our neighbors on a first name basis but there are rarely community events. The public library nearby is great."
