"As long as the dog doesn’t attack or bark constantly, they are welcome here. My husband was attacked by a dog on San Pasqual a few blocks from home while he was out for a jog. The dog was on a leash but the owner didn’t have control of the dog. "

"Very clean, schools are strong, however not a friendly area. Many neighborhoods have empty homes that are just investment purchases. "
