Recently fixed up second floor apartment with new carpeting and minor repairs ready for rental. There is a new oven and newly remade bathroom. Landlord lives on site in the third floor apartment.

Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with plenty of closet and pantry space.

Located in the heart of Cleary Square on a hill, we are sandwiched between two commuter rail stops. The 32 bus regularly stops through Cleary Square to the Forest Hills Orange Line Station. Parking is not provided but there is ample street parking and resident permit is encouraged.

Being close to Cleary Square there are many local and diverse restaurants in the area. As well as easy access to local banks like Bank of America, local laundromat (washer/dryer not allowed on site), supermarket, Bowling Alley and more.

    "I see alot of people walking their dogs all the time. There is a field nearby. It is a safe area to walk your dog and take a nice walk with no problem. Most dog owners are responsable and pick up after their dogs as well as keep them in control in case there are people scared of dogs. "
