  • Thomas G.
"Just moved here and can say anything about it yet but we do have a very good first impression about this neighborhood."
  • Christine B.
"Beautiful neighborhood. Filled with older folks, doctors and nurses from the hospital. It’s generally pretty quiet. You get helicopters flying over and landing at the hospital. Not too much crime. "
  • Julia C.
"Wonderful neighbors and very close to the UC Davis medical center. Close to plenty of food and very easy to get to the highway and downtown. "
  • Christine B.
"Tons of people walk their dogs at all times of day and evening. There is green space and it’s dog friendly. Some neighbors do leave their dogs off leash and unsupervised in their front yards which can be annoying when walking your own dog on a leash. "
  • Tommy F.
"Great Neighborhood, have lived here for 20 years and love it, very friendly neighbors. Only downside would be the homeless that come through. Lots of car break ins but mainly due to unlocked vehicles. "
  • Msbesk
"Neighbors know each other, are friendly, and look out for each other. There’s ample green space, many trees, large yards, and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking (or short drive) distance."
  • Mandy_mexican
"Love walking on T Street during my lunch breaks. I use light rail to get to work. It is a great place and can get to downtown nightlife and dining easily with light rail. After the Arena is built it will be even greater. Would LOVE to live there."
  • Mandy_mexican
"Sac Magazine did an article and it was recognized as being one of the best for many reasons. One of best neighborhood associations. Beautiful and safe area. T Street has been called one of the most beautiful streets in the past too. It has Light Rail stops, shopping, everything in walking distance."
  • Marsha
"I've lived here for 33 years. I like my neighborhood, most people on my street are home owners."
