On the main floor, the house offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom (shower and bathtub), dining area, living area, and kitchen. The upper level offers an additional bathroom (shower) and office space for quiet and uninterrupted work. The property includes a large back yard.

    "By bus it’s a 30 minute ride to downtown, 30 minutes to the Lansing Mall. By car it’s just about the same. Traffic is pretty reasonable. Overall my neighborhood is pretty quiet, neighbors aren’t overly friendly but we speak and for the most part keep to ourselves. While there are quite a few dog owners, doggos aren’t noisy nuisances."
