The pictures you see are what I look like on the inside.I really hate to brag about myself, but my Realtor says "I am absolutely gorgeous and very unique". She calls me "One of a kind" and says thing like " No pictures can do me justice" "The virtual tour just gives you a glimpse of this incredible home" "Very charming with lots of character" "Rare find on Lake Ray Hubbard". . .you get the picture, I think she really likes me!Well, I thought since she is so impressed by me I should invite you to come inside and see for yourself. I would be delighted to introduce myself in person and make you feel great. My 4 bedrooms 2 bath with private study, offer a lot of space, and don't forget, I also have a formal dining area, for those special occasion where all of your family will come. There's also plenty of storage space. Currently, my 4th bedroom is being used as a game room where it holds a full size pool table, Foosball table and arcade hoops game, so the space is huge to say the least. The master suite is large with a bath and walk in closet to match. The over-sized jetted tub and separate shower are semi-private from the toilet. My best feature of course is my location. I sit ducked off in a single entrance, video monitored, subdivision just off I-30 and the George Bush Turnpike (PGBT). 20 minutes to downtown (on weekends) and 3 miles to the Dart rail station so you don't have to sit in traffic if you commute just about anywhere in the city. Once you have seen the real me and not just a tour, I am sure you will fall in love. If you buy me, we can share some wonderful moments and live happily ever after. I was told that I am really lovely, spacious, beautiful and have lots of character. People like my huge backyard, with the covered patio and fans and the lake just a stroll to the streets edge. I am secured by a home alarm system as well as an 8.5ft fence wrapping around the back yard. Well of course all this simply make me "irresistible"As you can tell, I am looking for a real nice family that appreciates me and takes care of me, someone that enjoys a wonderful, friendly, and safe neighborhood.
