It's a little bit to strict with the tardiness giving you a suspension for just 1 and instant consent to search if you are but other then that I guess its pretty cool some of the teachers have nasty attitudes but other are really nice and you can tell the students enjoy being in there class compared
Posted by a student on 9/29/2023I have been so impressed with the PTECH staff here at Rowlett High!! From the teachers all the way up to the coordinator and counselors, they are all over achievers, love their students and are so supportive!

My daughter is an outstanding student but is not able to get the classes she wants, the lunch food is horrible, and the administrators only care about the numbers. I remember when I myself was thrilled to see how my kids would be excited to go too school and now it is being draining for them knowing how the teachers there do more yelling and screaming then actual teaching. So many rude teachers and administrators at this school, not to mention it is insanely disorganized and not safe for kids to grow. There are fights constantly, most go unreported because the teachers don’t care enough to do anything about it. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD’S MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH, DO NOT ENROLL THEM HERE!
