About this House

I am looking for a female subletter (preferably a young working professional), or month-to-month tenant, starting July.

The house is 3BR/2.5B, and is located in the heart of Roxbury. It is close to bus and train connections leading you to the city, Mission Hill area, and surrounding universities near the Longwood area within 15-20 minutes. There is ample on-street residential parking space if you have a car.

Washer and dryer is in-unit, and kitchen/living area is fully furnished. You will have your own bathroom. You will be living with one other roommate who is in her mid-20's. See attached the photos for reference on what the room looks like!

The rent is $1600 per month, not including utilities. If you are interested in this space, feel free to send me a message. You are also more than welcome to explore the space before committing.
