We are located just 5-6 minutes away from Everett High School & 2 minutes away from MBTA transit (110), you won't want for anything else. We have several hair salons nearby, a nail salon & 3 local convenience stores just a minute away. The police/fire department & Everett hospital are 2 and 3 minutes away respectively via car, you will not find a safer neighborhood for yourself & loved ones.

A pet cat is allowed in the apartment & lease is at-will but a set duration (12 mos. or more) may be set-up upon request. Tenants are expected to respect their home & neighbors

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
